Russia: Amur region gold output down in January-April 2021

In January-April, Amur region yielded 4210.9 kg of gold, down by 20.3% YoY.

In particular, Petropavlovsk decreased output. Thus, Malomyrskiy Mine LLC and Albynskiy Mine LLC extracted 1491.1 kg and 396.9 kg respectively, down by 2% and by 76%.

Pokrovskiy Mine extracted 856.8 kg of gold, down by 29%.

TEMI LLC, also a part of Petropavlovsk, mined 510.4 kg. Operation started last year.

Berezitoviy Mine LLC of Nordgold extracted 609.9 kg of gold, on par with the previous year level.

Priisk Solovievskiy yielded 445.8 kg, up by 4%.

This year, Amur region intends to extract 23.5 tons of gold, including 8.5-8.6 tons of alluvial gold and 15 tons of ore gold. (Ukrainian metal)
