In January, Ukraine decreased pipe output by 13.1% YoY, to 55.7 thousand tons.
In particular, the Ukrtruboprom association enterprises produced 29 thousand tons of pipes, down by 24.5%.
Interpipe NTZ increased pipe output by 5.9%, to 12.6 thousand tons (15.3 thousand tons in December 2020), but Interpipe NMTZ decreased by 86.4%, to 0.6 thousand tons (4.6 thousand tons), and Interpipe Niko Tube – by 30.7%, to 14.2 thousand tons (22.2 thousand tons).
Dneprovsky Pipe Works was idle. Centravis maintained output at 1.5 thousand tons (1.6 thousand tons) and Trubostal – at 0.1 thousand tons (0.1 thousand tons).
Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works, not a part of Ukrtruboprom, decreased output by 7.3%, to 13.9 thousand tons (12.3 thousand tons), while Kominmet increased by 19.6%, to 12.8 thousand tons (14.9 thousand tons). (Ukrainian metal)
