In September, Ukraine exported 44.5 thousand tons of pipes valued at $46.5 million, down by 4.9% and by 3.6% YoY respectively.
According to the customs statistics, in January-September exports dropped by 26.8%, to 358.7 thousand tons valued at $403.9 million, down by 23.2%.
In particular, Ukraine exported 266.8 thousand tons of seamless pipes valued at $348.5 million, 83.3 thousand tons of other pipes and tubes at $45.3 million and 8.2 thousand tons of pipes and tubes with the diameter of up to 406.9 mm at $8.2 million.
The main customers for seamless pipes were Germany, USA and Russia. Turkmenistan bought over a half of other pipes and tubes with the diameter of up to 406.9 mm and Poland – some 50% of other pipes and tubes. (Ukrainian metal)
