In 2019, Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works received a net loss of 1.284 billion UAH, as opposed to a net profit of 2.946 billion UAH in 2018.
The next shareholders meeting is expected to decide on covering 2019 losses with current income of 2020-2021.
The meeting will also have to decide on the sale of 1.433 million shares to Drampisco Limited (Cyprus).
Last year DMZ decreased rolled metal manufacture by 43% YoY, to 449 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
