In December 2019 RZD transported 106.7 million tons of cargo, down by 2% YoY.
In 2019 transportation dropped by 0.9%, to 1.278 billion tons.
In particular, RZD transported 120.2 million tons of iron and manganese ore, up by 3% YoY.
At the same time, ferrous metals transportation dropped by 5.6%, to 73.8 million tons, and scrap – by 7.7%, to 14.7 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
