Until the end of the year Seligdar will sell 24.3 kg of refined gold manufactured by Samolazovskoye LLC.
The corresponding contract was concluded on December 16.
Seligdar will receive a remuneration in the amount of 1% from the sales, without VAT.
The expected volume of the deal exceeds 50% of Samolazovskoye LLC assets value (95 thousand rubles as of September 30).
Samolazovskoye LLC was created by Seligdar in July to develop a deposit of the same name. (Ukrainian metal)
