The Commercial Court of Kyiv has cancelled the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine dated April 25 of a fine of 55 million UAH on the TAS Group of Companies, belonging to Sergey Tigipko, for the violation of legislation on the economical competitiveness protection while purchasing Dneprometiz shares.
The corresponding decision for the suit of Blossom Investments OU (Estonia), connected with TAS, was taken on November 21.
