According to the Russian Steel Association November forecast, in 2019 steel consumption in Russia is expected to grow by 4% YoY.
The June forecast presupposed a 2% increase.
In Q3 the local demand increased by 8.6%.
Rolled metal exports decreased by 13%, while semi-finished products grew by 3%. (Ukrainian metal)
