OMK has finalized a deal to purchase 100% minus 1 share of Railroad Car-Repairing Company-3 (VRK-3) from the Russian Railroads for 8.65 billion rubles.
According to the group, this will allow it entering another transport market segment.
VRK-3 comprises 42 enterprises with the combined capacity to repair over 100 thousand railroad cars per year. (Ukrainian metal)
