Polymetal intends to enter the development of the Tomtorskoye rare-earth metals deposit in Yakutia.
According to the chairman Vitaliy Nesis, the board will discuss the issue in December.
Before making its choice, Polymetal has looked at several other projects, including Chuktukon in Krasnoyarsk region and Belozimenskoye deposit in Irkutsk region, but had to stop at Tomtor, which it already knew quite well.
