In January-July industrial metallic ores output grew by 2.2%, while metal and wares – by 1%.
According to the State Statistics Service, in July ores output went up by 0.4% MoM, while metal – by 9.5%.
In particular, in 7 months Ukraine produced 93.9 million tons of non-sintered iron ore, down by 1.3%, 37 million tons of non-sintered iron ore concentrate (+4.4%), 31.3 million tons of sintered iron ore concentrate (+1.7%), 3.8 million tons of limestone and lime flux (+17.4%), 11.9 million tons of pig iron (-0.1%), 5.56 million tons of unalloyed flat steel semi-finished products (+0.8%), 4.1 million tons of ingots and semi-finished unalloyed steel products for seamless pipes manufacture (+5.6%), 118 thousand tons of seamless casing, compressor-pump and drilling tubes (-11.6%) and 255 thousand tons of seamless round pipes and tubes (+13.4%).
