In June Russia imported 35 thousand tons of copper ore and concentrate, up by 73.6% MoM and by 22.6% YoY.
In H1 imports totaled 208 thousand tons, down by 31.1% YoY.
In June Peru supplied 23.6 thousand tons of copper ore, while imports from Kazakhstan remained unchanged at 11 thousand tons.
In monetary terms since the start of the year the imports have increased by 5.5%.
Import prices in June grew by 3.6%, to $1534 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
