ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih will invest over 10 million UAH in the construction of a gas pipeline with the length of 3.8 km.
After the construction the pipeline will be surrendered to the Krivorozhgas gas company free of charge to supply gas to over 35 thousand consumers in the Dolgintsevsky and parts of Metallurgichesky and Inguletsky districts.
In 2003-2004 Krivorozhstal constructed two gas pipelines. The third was not commissioned. Some 200 meters of the pipeline were on the territory of slag dumps. Since 1995 it has not been in use, which has complicated the repair and the maintenance of the pipeline.
This year AMKR decided to finally finish construction. (Ukrainian metal)
