the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest sustainable development and corporate social responsibility initiative.
As a participant of the UN Global Compact, NLMK Group voluntarily commits to align its operations and strategy with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and to take action in support of the Sustainable Development Goals. The Group will report on its progress in the sustainable development area on an annual basis.
Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact has more than 13,000 participants based in over 160 countries, and more than 80 Local Networks.
