In July a number of manufacturers decreased prices by 0.8% MoM, but increased by 3.2% since the start of the year.
In January-July prices grew by 9.6% YoY, the Ministry of the national economy statistics committee reports.
In particular, in mining industry prices went up by 4.4%.
Since the start of the year coal has become 9.2% more expensive, metal ores – 6.6%, precious metals – 13.1%, ferrous metals – 5.6%, and ferroalloys – 2.6%.
At the same time aluminum prices dropped by 4.7%, zinc – by 1.9%, and copper – by 1.6%. (Ukrainian metal)
