In March the state-owned Vnesheconombank made an additional contribution to the Sibuglemet statutory capital in the volume of 84 billion rubles.
The VEB share in the capital has not changed, it is still 100%. VEB intends to sell the company, which is now managed by Evraz.
Sibuglemet is one of the largest coking coal miners in Russia.
Its total debt is about $3.5 billion. (Ukrainian metal)
