In January-March, Russia exported 909.2 thousand tons of aluminum, up by 37.1% YoY.

According to the Federal Customs Service, the revenue increased by 36.7%, to $1.63 billion.

Nickel exports dropped by 7.2%, to 31.2 thousand tons valued at $378.5 million, down by 15.2%, ferrous metals – by 1.1%, to 7.26 million tons at $3.59 billion, down by 12.2%, and pig iron – by 17.4%, to 1.23 million tons at $433.8 million, down by 15.6%.

At the same time the export of copper grew by 11.5%, to 196.1 thousand tons valued at $1.2 billion, down by 1.1%. (Ukrainian metal)
