Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) is taking part in the international industrial exhibition Vietnam Expo 2019 in Hanoi. As one of the fastest growing economies in South-East Asia, Vietnam is one of MMK’s key markets. In 2018, MMK’s metal product shipments to Vietnam doubled compared to 2017, amounting to 540,000 tons and making MMK the second biggest exporter to Vietnam after Turkey.
MMK’s stand showcases the technological capabilities and characteristics of the products of one of the largest metallurgical companies in Russia. MMK’s exposition places particular emphasis on products for the construction industry, on hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, long products, and on coated steel products. MMK will also preview its metal products for the engineering sector and particularly a wide range of high-strength steels. (MMK/Ukrainian metal)
