The Sixth Administrative Court of Appeals refused to satisfy the claim of the Kiev prosecutors who demanded to cancel the special license given to the Ukrlitiydobycha LLC to extract lithium ore in Kirovograd region.

The prosecutors said the license was given in violation of the legislation.

The court said, that in 2011 the Ministry of Environment informed the company on the possibility of receiving the license.

Ukrlitiydobycha was created in 2011.

Lithium deposit in Kirovograd region is considered one of the largest in Europe. (Ukrainian metal)
