Russia notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of the possibility of retaliation against E.U. tariff quotas on steel imports, according to the WTO documents.
The European Commission introduced up to three-year restrictions on imports of 26 categories of steel products on February 2, after the U.S. set up steel import duties.
The measures consist of quotas, and imports exceeding them are subject to 25% duties. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
