Evraz is selling 1% of the Yuzhniy Mining and Processing Works to its shareholders.
The cost of the deal is $32.3 million.
The shares will be purchased by Lanebrook Limited.
Evraz bought 1% of UGOK in 2008 for $38 million.
In 2018 UGOK produced 12.2 million tons of concentrate and 1.7 million tons of sinter.
Evraz sells steel products to UGOK and buys iron ore from it. (Ukrainian metal)
