Interpipe NTZ has addressed the Antimonopoly Committee asking it to investigate a possible abuse of the monopoly position by the state gas-developing company Ukrgazdobycha when buying casing pipes.
The company claims that when preparing tenders to buy casing pipes Ukrgazdobycha states pipes corresponding to API-5ST, which are similar to those produced by Interpipe in Ukraine.
Thus, the pipes stated in the requirements are viewed by Interpipe as discrimination to the Ukrainian manufacturers. (Ukrainian metal)
