Russia’s output of unrefined and semi-refined or powder platinum and platinum group metals decreased by 38.4% YoY and by 19.2% MoM in December 2018, the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement without disclosing absolute figures.
Silver output fell by 17.4% YoY and by 8.9% MoM.
In 2018, the output of platinum and platinum group metals dropped by 8%, while that of silver rose by 3.9%. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
