The Central Court of Appeals made the decision to return Zaporozhye Titanium and Magnesium Works to state ownership more than a month ago. But it still has not come into effect.
The Special Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office has asked the State Property Fund and the Prime Minister to intervene.
