Kolmar, Inaglinsky Mining and Processing Works and AVIC (China) will jointly construct the Inaglinskaya 2 processing factory.
The construction will be carried out in 2 stages.
The enterprise capacity will be 12 million tons of coal per year.
The agreement valued at 3.5 billion rubles was signed on December 25, 2018. (Ukrainian metal)
