Highland Gold Mining (HGM) has no plans to change the production plan after a snow slide has hit its mine Mnogovershinnoye in the Khabarovsk region.
“Works on tunnel 1 were suspended. The other tunnels of mine Mnogovershinnoye are working as usual, the plant is working as well, and the plan for ready product output remains unchanged,” the official said.
The official said that nine people were injured and two were dead after two snow slides fell near tunnel 1 of the mine. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
