Mechel-Koks has commissioned the modernized coke-oven battery No. 7.
The modernization will help decrease air pollution when producing coke by 9.1 tons per year.
The cost of the project was 76 million rubles.
Since 2006 Mechel has invested some 5 billion rubles in Mechel-Koks modernization, including 1.4 billion rubles in environment protection. (Ukrainian metal)
