The shareholders of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) have approved payment of 2.114 rubles per share in dividends for January-September, the company said in a statement on December 12.
The shareholder register for dividends is to close on December 18.
MMK paid 1.589 rubles per share in dividends for April-June, 0.801 rubles per share in dividends for January-March and 0.806 rubles in final dividends for 2017.
Viktor Rashnikov, chairman of the board of directors, holds 84.3% in the company. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
