In January-September Russky Ugol (Russian Coal) increased coal sales from the Sayano-Partizansky pit by 16%. Sales from the Amur region grew by 5%.
Thus coal shipments from the pit in Krasnoyarsk region increased by 100 thousand tons YoY, to 748 thousand tons. Over 75% of coal was exported. This year it is planned to mine 1 million tons of coal there.
In 9 months sales of the Amur region coal grew by 120 thousand tons YoY, to 2.48 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
