On November 1 the steel wire shop No. 3 of Belarus Iron and Steel Works shipped the 3-millionth ton of wire.
The anniversary ton was sold to Mazur-Tom (Poland), where it would be used to produce nails.
In January-October BMZ produced over 216 thousand tons of wire.
This year the wire was exported to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. (Ukrainian metal)
