In 2017 Russia witnessed a considerable increase in the consumption of the Oil Country Tubular Goods (casing, drilling and compressor-pump pipes).
In particular, consumption grew by 12% YoY, to 2.3 million tons.
This year the demand for OCTG pipes will continue growing.
The main driver of the demand increase will be the growing length of oil and gas shafts, the increase in drilling operations and the development of new territories. (Ukrainian metal)
