Polymetal has started processing raw materials from Latin America at its Amur Hydrometallurgical Works.
“Amur HMW is operating like a hub. Since the second half of 2017 we have been processing concentrates of other companies. These are concentrates from the Far East, Siberia and even Kazakhstan. We have also processed a small batch from Latin America”, Polymetal managing director Vitaliy Nesis said.
In October the company will complete the restructure of the works, thus increasing concentrate-processing volumes 1.5-fold, to 550-570 thousand tons per year. (Ukrainian metal)
