The government of Sverdlovsk region has approved the removal of over 300 hectares of forests on the territory of Bilimbayevskoye and Nizhne-Tagilskoye forestries.
The former will lose the largest part (254 ha).
The sites thus retrieved will be used to extract ore gold and platinum at Kostarevskiy gold-bearing site and Rublevikskaya platinum alluvial site. (Ukrainian metal)
