Dortrans LLC from the city of Khabarovsk has filed a suit to the arbitrary court of Irkutsk region on declaring the Bratsk Ferroalloys Works LLC bankrupt.
The suit was registered on August 30, but the hearing had not been scheduled yet.
The amount of claims is 1.45 million rubles.
In April a court already satisfied the claim of Dortrans to recover 1.45 million rubles from BZF for the delivery of spare parts for cars. (Ukrainian metal)
