The commercial court of the Zaporozhye region has satisfied the claim of the Special anticorruption prosecutors office to Toleis Trading Limited, a part of Dmitry Firtash’s Group DF, on the cancellation of the agreement with the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the creation of the Zaporozhye Titanium and Magnesium Works LLC on the basis of the state enterprise with the same name.
The court decision presupposes the cancellation of the agreement dated February 22, 2013 in full. (Ukrainian metal)
