The Zaporozhye region prosecutors have filed a claim to the court to recover 20 million UAH to the city budget from one of the largest metal companies of the region – Zaporozhye Abrasive Works.
The prosecutors have found out that the company has been using the land site of over 50 ha without any agreements or contracts, resulting in the lack of payments to the city budget.
The Commercial court of Zaporozhye region satisfied the claim and recovered the money from the works to be paid to the budget. (Ukrainian metal)
