On May 31 Chief Executive Officer of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih Paramjit Kahlon signed an order regarding the increase in salaries at the company from May 1. This way, the order issued on May 8 was amended and base salaries of the employees were revised upwards once again.

This decision was made after the negotiations of Paramjit Kahlon with trade unions last week. Thereafter, the specialists of HR Department performed recalculation of base salaries for the grades focusing on core professions as it was announced earlier. As a result, new percentages of increase were set depending on the category of the personnel. In average, the increase is up to 25%. The company’s administration took into account the recommendations of trade union in terms of differentiated increase in base salaries for different professions at the company that had been announced at the meetings.

In early June the employees of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih will be acknowledged of their new base salaries and they will receive increased salary already in June in line with the order signed by Chief Executive Officer of the company. (AMKR/Ukrainian metal)
