In April coal imports increased by 21.1% YoY, or by $42.484 million, to $243.788 million, while exports dropped by 99.7%, or by $6.636 million, to $0.019 million.
According to the State Fiscal Service, Russia was the main supplier of coal ($171.08 million).
In January-April coal imports grew by 30.3% YoY, or by $233.424 million, to $1.004 billion, while exports decreased by 72.1%, or by $20.176 million, to $7.81 million.
In March Ukraine imported $243.811 million worth of coal and exported $0.002 million.
In 2017 Ukraine imported $2.744 billion worth of coal and exported $105.495 million. (Ukrainian metal)
