In April Zlatoust Electrometallurgical Works produced 5722 tons of liquid steel. All the electric steel shop sites have demonstrated increase in output.
The rolling sector produced 4717 tons of blooms, up by 95 tons from the target, with stainless nickel-containing steel slab accounting for almost 800 tons. The slabs have been sent to Krasniy Octyabr for processing at the sheet-rolling mill.
In May ZEMZ has to supply 1 thousand tons of slabs to Krasniy Octyabr. (Ukrainian metal)
