At a meeting on April 27 the Board of Directors of NLMK Group, an international steel company with operations in Russia, the US and the EU, approved the new composition of the Group’s Management Board as follows.
The new Management Board is: Grigory Fedorishin – President (Chairman of the Management Board), Mikhail Arkhipov – Vice President, HR & Management System (new member of the Management Board), Tatiana Averchenkova – Vice President, Operational Efficiency, lya Guschin – Vice President, Sales, Barend de Vos – Vice President, International Operations, Sergey Likharev – Vice President, Logistics, Eugene Ovcharov – Vice President, Risk Management (new member of the Management Board), Sergey Filatov – Managing Director and Sergey Chebotarev – Vice President, Energy (new member of the Management Board).
