Velta declares that the State Service of Geology and Subsoil is holding back the issue of license to develop the Lekarevskoye titanium deposits in Kirovograd region.
“We have finished designing the mining and processing works, and settled the financing issues. But we still can’t get the license from the State Service”, the company CEO Andrey Brodsky said.
“And such a situation is not only with us, but with the whole mining industry”, he added. (Ukrainian metal)
