In 2017 Izhstal increased stainless steel output by 11% YoY.
According to the company press-service, stainless steel manufacture reached 17.4 thousand tons. Over 35% of this was produced by the continuous casting machine. In 2016 its share was 20%.
All in all the works mastered the manufacture of over 1.8 thousand steel grades, including 300 stainless grades. (Ukrainian metal)
