The activist of the newly created Independent Primary Union Organization of Pavlogradugol Andrei Karpenko, who has recently gone on a hungry strike, happened to be a fugitive from the uncontrolled territory of Lugansk region.

According to the law-enforcing services, prior to moving to Pavlograd he has been working at a mine, now seized by the Russia-supported militants.

The services have enough evidence confirming his frequent travels to the occupied territories and contacts with the militants, who try using the “miners strikes” at Ukrainian enterprises for anti-Ukrainian propaganda and destabilization. All this is controlled and coordinated from Russia. (Ukrainian metal)
