The new shareholders of Evraz Sukhaya Balka, sold in May to DCH, at their meeting on December 27 made several decisions regarding the company.
“The shareholders have decided to rename the company into Sukhaya Balka”, the company statement reports.
The corresponding changes will be introduced to the state registries.
The company annual output is over 3 million tons of sinter ore with the high Fe content (52-62%) and furnace ore (47-50%). The company employs 3.5 thousand people. (Ukrainian metal)
