The supervisory board of Yuzhniy Mining and Processing Works has appointed Elena Sherstyuk, the ex-financial director of Evraz Sukhaya Balka, a member of the board.
The decision was taken on December 15.
Sherstyuk has replaced Anna Orlova, who in 2006-2011 was the financial department director at Zapadnosibirsky Iron and Steel Works, in 2011-2014 a member of UGOK board and since then UGOK deputy chairman on finances.
Sherstyuk has started working at the new place on December 18. (Ukrainian metal)
