Evraz has transferred 94.96% of Evraz Yuzhkoks shares, previously owned by Palmrose B. V,. to Dashuria.
Both Dashuria and Palmrose are Evraz daughter companies.
In 2016 Evraz Yuzhkoks received 61.1397 million UAH of net profit, down 3.5-fold YoY, while its net income rose by 11.22%, to 2.763 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
