The pipe-rolling shop of Taganrog Iron and Steel Works has completed the scheduled modernization and repair of the PQF mill, which produces seamless hot-deformed pipes.
The repair will result in the decrease of maintenance time and quality improvement.
For the first time since the mill has been put in operation the company has replaced beams of the walking type furnace, as well as modernized the beam movement system.
The annular furnaces have also been repaired. (Ukrainian metal)
