In January-October Irkutsk region obtained 19818 kg of gold, down by 1.6% YoY, including 10303 kg of alluvial gold and 9515 kg of ore gold.
The four gold extractors still account for the most output: Polyus Verninskoye produced 5243 kg, Lenzoloto obtained 4418 kg, Vysochaishiy – 3557 kg and Vitim – 2861 kg of gold.
At the same time Druza LLC yielded 834 kg of both ore and alluvial gold, Retkon – 571 kg. Other companies yielded 300 kg and less.
This year 26 companies were extracting gold in Irkutsk region. In 2017 the region is expected to yield 22434 kg of gold, including 10129 kg of alluvial gold and 12305 kg of ore gold. (Ukrainian metal)
