The Federal Antimonopoly Service has satisfied the claim of Seversk Pipe Works to buy 100% of Uralchermet shares.
According to the service report, the deal will not limit the competitiveness.
The charter capital of Uralchermet is 10 million rubles. In 2016 the company received 859.5 million rubles of revenue, with net profits at 27.9 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
