Russia: steel rod imports up in January-July 2017
In January-July Russia imported 17.1 thousand tons of stainless steel rods, up by 25.6% YoY, valued at $4.5 million, up by 39.4%. According to the customs statistics, nickel contents mostly do not exceed 2.5%. Ukraine accounts for around 60% of all the volume, up by 8.2%. In July the average price was $2414 per ton.…
